Love it…best feature are the zips on each side it helps keeping everything in place. The wheels rolled very smoothly on the cobblestone streets of Italy. I will purchase the next size down.

This suitcase is honestly bigger on the inside than the outside. I got out everything I thought would fit in it and it was only 2/3s full. We bought another one.
DPDELSEY PARISThank you so much, Heather! We're thrilled you love the spaciousness of the Cruise 3.0 - it really is surprisingly roomy inside!

I travel quite often, about every three weeks. This bag has taken all the baggage handlers' abuse, and they are not gentle, but no worse for wear. I replaced two wheels because they were knocked off during handling.
It took some force to knock them off, and not a reflection on the quality of the suitcase. Wheels are readily available on Amazon, and replacing them requires medium skills. If and when you need to replace a wheel, you will find how well the bag is constructed.

Within the first 4months of purchase one of the wheels, where it connects to the suitcase, had separated from the suitcase. As long as I didn't hit any bumps and/or the wheel doesn't get stuck it would still roll around. After about a year two of the wheels are like this.
Was hoping for a sturdier/more reliable suitcase.
DPDELSEY PARISHi Mesha, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about the CRUISE 3.0 Large Expandable Spinner. We're genuinely sorry to hear about the wheel issues you've experienced - that's definitely not the quality and durability we aim for with our products. We understand how frustrating it must be to have the wheels separate from the suitcase, especially within just a few months of purchase. Your experience is valuable feedback that helps us improve our products, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize that this suitcase didn't meet your expectations for sturdiness and reliability.
