The luggage itself is beautiful, however, it came to me with small scuffs and one scratch deep enough to go below the color. Reached out to DELSEY, and they approved a return, but want me to pay return shipping on a damaged suitcase. So far I am not impressed with the customer service of a well known, supposedly high quality company
