Very cheap quality overall. I wouldn’t recommend. They also look cheap. I bought 2 large trunks.
DPDELSEY PARISWe're truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience, Jessie, with the quality and appearance of our Tureene2.0 Large Trunk. It's completely unacceptable that our luggage has failed to meet your expectations in terms of both build quality and aesthetic appeal, especially after purchasing two pieces. This falls well below the level of premium quality and design excellence we aim to provide to our valued customers. We understand how frustrating it is when products don't deliver the quality you expect and deserve, particularly for important travel pieces like these. This is not representative of the standards we strive to maintain at DELSEY PARIS, and we sincerely regret that we've damaged your trust in our brand through these quality issues. Your feedback about these concerns is extremely valuable and will be shared with our product development team to address these shortcomings. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, as it helps us identify critical areas where we need to improve our product quality.

I have the Max Porter trunk and the quality is superior. The sheen is matte and the suitcase has a rough texture. I’m constantly having to dust it off as everything clings to it. The inside zipper has already split, I haven’t even went on one trip. I do max fill my suitcase but shouldn’t put any tension on these zippers. The outside zipper is very thick and difficult to zip up. The reason I purchased this suitcase is because it’s 4.5 pounds less than the Max Porter. I’m thankful for the outside handles. When getting a heavy truck off the baggage carousel you need a variety of handles as choices. I like the color, I dislike the shell fabric and the quality of the inside zippers.
DPDELSEY PARISThank you for your detailed feedback. While we're glad you appreciate the lightweight design and multiple handle placement, we're concerned about the issues you've experienced with the zipper and shell texture. Your comparison with the Max Porter provides valuable insight, and we understand your disappointment with the matte finish and surface texture that attracts dust. The split interior zipper is particularly concerning, as our products should withstand normal packing conditions. Your feedback about the exterior zipper's thickness and operation is also noted. We take quality seriously, and your comments will help inform our product development team's efforts to enhance future designs. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with such specific details.
