CARROUSEL Valise Soute Extensible 68 CM PLATINE

We're truly sorry to hear about the quality issues you've experienced with your Medium Expandable Spinner, William. While we deeply value your 20-year loyalty to our brand with your previous Delsey piece, we understand your disappointment with the immediate zipper malfunction and perceived decline in quality of the interior features. This falls well short of our standards, particularly when compared to the exceptional durability you experienced with your previous luggage that served you reliably through weekly use for two decades. We acknowledge that the quality differences you've noticed between your long-serving piece and this new model are concerning, and this feedback about both the zipper functionality and interior construction is particularly valuable. Your observations will be shared with our quality assurance team to address these issues in our manufacturing process. We appreciate you taking the time to share your detailed experience, and thank you for your long-standing trust in our brand over the years.
