Hi, I wrote you back in March about the defective luggage that I have mine, the trolley handle is extremely loose, you sent out a new trolley handle in the wrong color. In April, May, June, July, and August, I have reached out to you numerous times and every time I am told that someone from Delsey would contact me to resolve this and you’ve also stated that the service I have received is unacceptable. This is an ongoing problem and I certainly hope you will call me to resolve this as soon as possible .
If you are choosing not to fix the problem or help me with this, just let me know, but you keep telling me you will contact me and you never do and that’s just terrible .

It’s hard to describe a suitcase as beautiful, but that’s exactly what this is. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are perfect. I almost don’t want to use it. It’s so nice.

I wrote a review about this luggage three other times. I bought the white luggage and there is a picture of it in the review right below this I think. I have struggled with the handle. There was about 5 inches of play both ways. Delie said they would send out a new handle. It took a while, and quite a few emails and I will say, they finally sent out the handle/trolley and I received it today. They sent me the wrong color, not sure what to do. The new handle definitely doesn’t have the play or movement that my other handle has. The handle the luggage came with is silver, and I like that color, the one they sent me is solid black. Not sure what to do at this point.
DPDELSEY PARISWe're very sorry about the handle issue and sending the wrong color replacement. Your patience through this process is appreciated, and we understand your frustration.
