Inside, adjustable straps and a zippered divider keep clothing organized. When extra room is needed, an expandable gusset adds 1 in of packing width. Four double wheels ensure easy mobility through airport corridors. The larger suitcase has dimensions of 31.5 in × 19.75 in × 13 in and a weight of 18.9 lbs.

Hi, I wrote you back in March about the defective luggage that I have mine, the trolley handle is extremely loose, you sent out a new trolley handle in the wrong color. In April, May, June, July, and August, I have reached out to you numerous times and every time I am told that someone from Delsey would contact me to resolve this and you’ve also stated that the service I have received is unacceptable.This is an ongoing problem and I certainly hope you will call me to resolve this as soon as possible .
If you are choosing not to fix the problem or help me with this, just let me know, but you keep telling me you will contact me and you never do and that’s just terrible .
